 Click HERE to Qualify Note: A description of the fees: Lease Option Fee-This fee is equal to 2% of the sales price of the home. It will be a credit toward the purchase of the home at closing; during or at the end of the lease period. (It is non-refundable if the home is not purchased by the Leasee during the lease period.) Deposit-This will be an amount equal to one full month lease payment. It will be held in escrow until such time of the closing at which it will be given as a credit toward the purchase price. (It is non-refundable if the home is not purchased by the Leasee during the lease period.) Lease Contract Fee-This a fee charged for the lease closing costs. (It is non-refundable if the home is not purchased by the Leasee during the lease period.) Lease Payments-The lease payments are paid for the use of the premises and none of which are refundable. They are based on the sales price of the house and amortized as interest payments only. The principal amount of the sale of the house does not decrease unless excess amounts are paid during the lease period. During the lease period, we have the responsibility of giving you the information and knowledge of how to dispute the erroneous false information on your credit report. We will compose the first set of letters for you to mail to your creditors and CRAs that are reporting this information. You have the responsibility of maintaining a good and clean record of payments to your current creditors and perform whatever tasks are given to you to pay off or settled collections or judgments, etc.
