HIGHLAND TRANSIT CORPORATION was founded in 1993 to provide quality transportation service to the Cold Spring and Garrison areas by Mr. Hamed Nafa. Mr. Nafa passed the reins on to Mr. Arafat Ali in late 2007.

It is now Alley’s Way Limousine Service. In addition to the services above, we also provide services to surrounding communities located in the Westchester, Putnam and NYC areas for a small premium based on the distance from our location.
