All new crew members are members of a team and they begin their training through an orientation program that gives them important background information about our high standards. In addition, they are trained about jobsite safety, potentially hazardous chemicals being left behind or in the way of children or animals and other hazards to comply the safety and security you are looking for to avoid accidents. You can be sure we handle all of our business in the most responsible way at all times.
Our new Employees are also given useful information on company policies, handling of equipment and emergency procedures. Hands-on training begins by working with an experienced trainer. When we start a new job, we make sure crew members work exclusively with experienced personnel with NO EXCEPTIONS. There is no throwing them to the wolves philosophy here at MJ. When a new employee starts, they watch the trainer apply siding right or install windows or roofing properly so materials are not wasted, broken or unreliable. The first several jobs they help do are under constant supervision, and the rest are routinely having their work inspected so we are not asking you to approve a completed job with substandard work your untrained eye might not otherwise recognize.
Appropriate Products, Equipment and Styles to Match the Home Are Another Cornerstone of Quality.
We only ever use proper tools that are in good working condition to do the quality job we ask of them. We use those tools carefully so we can avoid chipping and damage to your furniture or other exterior components of your home of office. And, we will leave the job site clean when finished with the job.
Supervision Is The Third Cornerstone Of Quality.
MJ Foreman and supervisors have on average 10-20 years of experience. Their extensive experience in monitoring and auditing the construction process and procedures that are used on your job helps to ensure that we will exceed your expectations - - each and every time.
Follow-up Is The Final Cornerstone Of Quality.
We communicate with our customers, including offering a walkthrough or walk around of your home to make sure that any issues that might have been pointed out during the job have been completely resolved, or to ensure we head off any issues that might be emerging, and to make suggestions that might help you better manage your new siding, windows or other things that require regular maintenance and care.
