Once a trial site has been created, the user can login to www.ManagersLogin.com to make changes to their site.  Manager's Console is the program that allows complete customization of everything in your site.  This page does not go into great detail of "how to do…." everything about ExpressSites but only provides an overview of the buttons and their main function.

When you sign onto www.ManagersLogin.com, you will see a page with these buttons at the top of each page.  There are 5 primary sections with associated sub-tabs with more specific features.  Each is reveiwed below.  Notice also the View Web Site button.  This allows you to immediately view your changes as you make them.

I. COMPANY INFORMATION

 
 
A. Company Information - This displays static information about your company: name,
    address, login email address, contact email address, etc.
B. Change Password - this page allows you to change your password at any time.
C. Domain Registration - this page allows you to notify us that you want your domain name
    registered.  If you register it yourself, do not use this button.  Once you have activated
    your site, this page shows the domain name this session of Manager's Console is working
    on.
D. Email Forwards - Once a trial site has been activated, you can go in and set you email
    forwards.

II. MANAGE YOUR SITE



A.  Make Changes To Your Site - This is the section that contains virtually all the tools to
      change your site.  These include:
      1) Header Section - Customize your header with your logo or slogan.
      2) Add & Control Pages - Customize page names, order and page types.
      3) Left Column - Insert hyperlinks, pictures, site maps, etc.
      4) Body - With a MS Word type WYSIWYG editor, customize your web page with images, 
          fonts, colors, etc.
      5) Footer - Provide a like on each page so customers can contact you.
      6) Resolution Setting - Adjust the width of your site.
      7) Custom Flash Introduction - Select from numerous choices a Flash introduction.
      8) Change Web Site Theme - Change the theme at any time without changing content.
      9) Choose Background/Text Colors.
    10) Choose Page Titles - Important for optimization of a page.
    11) Add Sound to Your Web Site.
    12) Set Search Bar - For real estate and automobile sites only.
    13) Activate Javascript Protection - Prevent others from copying information off your site.
    14) Generate Flash Banner - Create a Flash banner on a web page.
    15) Graphic Tools - Customize the Left Column menu bar, control page transitions and
          customize the scroll bar.
    16) Advanced Settings -
B.  Image Central - Add the pictures you are using on your web site to our database.  This
     storage does NOT count towards your disk space allocation.
C.  Edit Your Site Map - Choose the type of site map you want in the left margin - none,
     dropdown or full.
D.  Library of Template Pages - ExpressSites has numerous page types with inbuilt features. 
     Example - Feedback page type allows you to customize a survey form with specific
     questions.  The system automatically creates the actual input form for you.

III. PROMOTE YOU SITE



A. Search Engine Registration - This page allows you to customize your keywords/phrases and page descriptions for search engine optimization.  Included are instructions and numerous search engine sites that provide free registrations.
B. Email Marketing - Create a custom email marketing campaign from the email addresses the system automatically collects when someone requests information about your products or services.
C. Popup Windows - Use popup windows on any page to advertise specials, sales, or anything  you want.

IV. CUSTOMERS & STATS


 
A. View Statistics - See how many visitors come to your site, pages viewed and how long  they stayed on your site.
B. Sales Reporting - For e-commerce, this tracks the status of your sales - new, unprocessed, pending, etc.
C. Responses from Online Forms - This sections keeps all responses from feedback forms.
D. Customer Database - For e-commerce, this tracks yours customers.

V. ECOMMERCE OPTIONS


 
A. Account Setup - Set your e-commerce general settings, shipping configuration, required checkout fields, and sales tax tracking.
B. Products - Add, change and remove your products.
C. Affiliate Program - This allows you to track the sales of others who help you sell your
     products.
D. Merchant Account - ExpressSites interfaces in real-time mode with most credit/debit card
     merchant account providers.
